Job Description

  • Customer Support: Promptly address customer inquiries using email, chat, and phone, manage interactions using Zendesk, and provide assistance using Google services for customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using Zendesk to effectively address customer concerns and inquiries, while also utilizing Google services knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Problem Solving: The role involves proactively addressing customer issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Communication: Effective customer communication involves professional and empathetic interactions, providing clear and concise information about product or service inquiries, and collaborating with other teams for timely responses.
  • Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions on Zendesk and contribute to the knowledge base by creating articles or guides for common customer queries.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate customer information and enhance support capabilities by staying informed about changes in Zendesk and Google services.
  • Customer Feedback: The process involves collecting and sharing customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement and identifying trends in customer inquiries to inform product or service improvements.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer service role, with a focus on using Zendesk and Google services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can also interpret technical knowledge in a comprehensible manner and actively listens to the needs of the customer.
  • English proficiency is required, and having prior technical experience would be beneficial.
  • Technical proficiency in navigating and utilizing Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate dedication to providing exceptional customer service, empathizing with customers, and addressing their concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must perform professionally in all interactions with customers and handle private information confidentially.
